2. What this website does

This is a static placeholder site. It sets no cookies, has no forms, no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from third parties: no external fonts, scripts, images or embeds. Everything is delivered from our own server in Poland.

3. Server log files

Each time a page is requested, the web server records the request in a log file. This is technically necessary to deliver the site. The log contains your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested address and HTTP status, the amount of data sent, the referring page if your browser sends it, and your browser's user-agent string.

Purpose and legal basis: operating the site securely and stably and detecting misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). The logs are not combined with other data and are not used to identify you.

Retention: log files are rotated and deleted automatically after about two weeks.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your e-mail address and your message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if it concerns a contract). We delete the correspondence once the matter is settled, unless the law requires us to keep it.

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to third parties, except where the law requires it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR) and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). Write to the e-mail address above.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

7. No automated decisions

There is no automated decision-making or profiling on this site.

8. Changes

This notice will be updated when the service launches and features that process personal data are added.
