Privacy

Processed on our own servers in the EU (Poland). Inputs and results are deleted after 7 days (Free) or 30 days (packages), or right after you see the result if you choose not to store them. Images are deleted right after processing.

Questions and answers

Does rewriting change the facts?

It should not: the instruction is to keep every fact. Please still check names, numbers and dates in the result.

Is “simpler” the same as Easy Language?

It is plain language with short sentences. Certified Easy Language follows stricter rules and should be checked by people.

Can Do4U write Leichte Sprache, and how is readability measured?

For German texts the style “Easy-to-read” follows the rules of Leichte Sprache: short sentences, common words, one statement per sentence. It is an AI draft. No test group of readers has checked it and it carries no seal, so have it checked before you publish it as official Leichte Sprache. For other languages the style follows general easy-to-read guidelines and is called Easy-to-read. The readability value comes from program code, not from the AI, before and after rewriting and for every style: Amstad and Wiener Sachtextformel for German, Flesch Reading Ease for English, a Gunning-Fog value for Polish, the matching Flesch variant or only sentence and word length for other languages, and characters per sentence for Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai. Short texts give only rough values.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?

Results are AI-generated. Please read them before you publish or send them.
