Right of withdrawal

This notice applies to consumers only. Businesses have no right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LW IT Solutions Company Lukas Wójcik, al. Tadeusza Kościuszki 80/82 lok. 301, 90-437 Łódź, Poland, email support@do4u.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example by email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the period has expired.

You can also withdraw online with our withdrawal function: use the link “Withdraw from contract here” at the bottom of every page or next to the purchase in your account (withdrawal function). Enter your name, the purchase and the email address for the confirmation, then click “Confirm withdrawal”. We send you a confirmation of receipt by email straight away, with the content of your statement and the date and time we received it. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the statement before the period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. If you requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you pay us a proportionate amount for the part already provided until the withdrawal (credits used).

Early expiry

The right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service (all purchased credits are used) and we only started performance after you expressly agreed and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. We obtain this consent at purchase.
