Bait station check report

Evaluate bait station checks. The server counts feeding per station, compares each check with the one before and lists overdue stations. No statement on products or legal duties.

Input

Customer or site: Hartmann Bakery, Mill Street 4 Carried out by: J. Kowalski Checks: id,bait_station,date,bait_finding,note K1,S1 store room,2026-03-02,none, K2,S2 loading bay,2026-03-02,partial, K3,S3 yard,2026-03-02,none, K4,S1 store r…

Result

A table per station with checks, feeding, last finding, trend and interval status, the list of checks, the counts, a fixed notice and a signature line.

A list of bait checks only helps when the pattern is visible. This tool counts per station how often feeding was found, compares each check with the one before and lists stations without a check within the agreed interval. Findings come from a fixed list, so every count can be traced. The AI writes a short neutral overview from the rows and notes. It names no products and makes no statement on legal duties or health risks.

Questions and answers

Who does the calculation?

The server calculates all sums from the table. The AI only writes the text and cannot change the figures.

How is the trend worked out?

Each finding has a fixed level: no feeding, partial feeding, bait eaten. The last check of a station is compared with the check before it. Damaged stations and checks without access are not compared.

Does the tool say which product to use?

No. Products, active substances and legal duties are left out, and sentences on them are removed. Measures stay with the pest controller.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?
