Child, group, period, the observations in three groups and a review note, also as text and Word.
An observation report describes what a child did, not what the child is. This tool sorts the notes of an educator into play and learning, contact with others and further observations. The AI gives no diagnosis and does not rate or classify the child. Numbers not found in the notes and wording that rates the child are removed, and each removal is reported.

Questions and answers
Does the report rate the child?
No. Wording on development level, age norms, talent or disorders is removed, even when it is in the notes.
Can the report replace an assessment by a specialist?
No. It only arranges observations. Questions on development belong with parents and specialists.
Should full names be entered?
A first name or a code is enough. Saving can be turned off for a single task, and the rules of the centre on data still apply.
Is my text stored?
Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).
