Contract clauses often mix fixed dates, relative notice periods and descriptive context. This tool extracts a review list with exact quotations and source positions. The AI proposes relevant passages; deterministic checks require each passage and each calendar date to occur in the original clause. A date is never calculated from an assumed renewal cycle or a legal rule.

Who it is for

Operations teams, purchasing teams and account managers reviewing supplied agreements before recording dates in a calendar. Suitable for an initial working list that remains subject to contractual and legal review.

Typical uses

  • Compare upcoming and past explicit dates against a chosen reference date.
  • Separate payment, delivery, renewal and termination passages.
  • Keep unresolved relative periods visible instead of converting them into assumed dates.
  • Review selected dated entries, then export an ICS calendar with an optional reminder.

Questions and answers

Are notice periods calculated automatically?

No. Only dates written literally in ISO format are eligible for calendar export. Relative periods are quoted without inventing a renewal date or a legal interpretation.

Does the first result create calendar entries?

No. The first result is a review. A separate confirmation authorises export of selected validated event IDs; no calendar account is connected or changed automatically.

What do source positions mean?

Offsets are zero-based Unicode character positions within the trimmed source clause. The quotation length is also measured in Unicode characters.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).
