Form texts
Do4U checks the texts of a web form and suggests better ones. You paste the HTML of the form or enter the address of the page, and you can add the error messages your form shows. The code reads every field: its label and where the label comes from, hints, placeholders, required fields, autocomplete values and groups of radio buttons or checkboxes. It finds problems such as a field without a label, a placeholder as the only label, required fields that the text does not mention, missing autocomplete values for personal data and vague error messages, each with its WCAG 2.2 success criterion. The AI then suggests a clear label, a short hint and an error message that names the field and says how to fix the input. The code checks every suggestion and builds an improved HTML draft from your form.
Who it is for
For website owners, web designers, agencies and developers who build contact, order or sign-up forms and want them clear and accessible for everyone.
Typical uses
- Check a contact or sign-up form before you publish it
- Replace placeholders that are used as labels with visible labels
- Add autocomplete values to fields for name, email, phone and address
- Rewrite vague error messages such as "Invalid input"
Example
Input
HTML: <form action="/contact" method="post"> <input type="text" name="name" placeholder="Name"> <input type="email" name="email" placeholder="Email" required> <input type="radio" name="contact" value="email"> Email <input type="radio" name="contact" value="phone"> Phone <button type="submit">Submit</button> </form>
Result
F1 “Name” → placeholder as the only label · autocomplete missing F2 “Email” → placeholder as the only label · required not shown in the text · autocomplete missing G1 (radio buttons “contact”) → group without fieldset and legend F3 → no accessible name F4 → no accessible name F5 “Submit” → vague button text The AI suggests a label, a hint and an error message for each field. The code checks them and builds an HTML draft with label, fieldset, legend and autocomplete="name" and "email".

Questions and answers
Does the tool tell me whether my form is accessible?
No. It checks the markup of the form against selected WCAG 2.2 success criteria (1.3.1, 1.3.5, 3.3.1, 3.3.2, 3.3.3 and 4.1.2) and suggests better texts. Styles, scripts, keyboard use and what happens while someone types are not tested. Please test the improved form with a keyboard and a screen reader.
What does the code check and what does the AI do?
The code reads every field, finds its label and where it comes from, the hint, the placeholder, required fields, autocomplete values and groups of options, and finds the problems. The AI suggests labels, hints and error messages. The code checks every suggestion: the field must exist, the length must fit, there must be no new numbers, and an error message must name the field.
Can I use the HTML draft as it is?
It is a starting point. The code builds it from your form and the accepted texts, escapes every value and never takes HTML from the AI. Hidden fields, your styles and your scripts are not included, and the error messages are hidden elements that your validation shows when a check fails.
Is my text stored?
Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).
Can I use the result right away?
