A glass order lists each pane with its size, and the weight matters for transport and fitting. This tool calculates the area of each pane and position, applies an optional minimum area from the price list and estimates the weight as area in square metres times thickness in millimetres times 2.5 kg. It adds up by glass type and thickness. The AI writes only a short cover text.

Privacy

Processed on our own servers in the EU (Poland). Inputs and results are deleted after 7 days (Free) or 30 days (packages), or right after you see the result if you choose not to store them. Images are deleted right after processing.

Questions and answers

Who does the calculation?

The server calculates all sums from the table. The AI only writes the text and cannot change the figures.

How is the weight calculated?

Area in square metres times thickness in millimetres times 2.5 kg. For insulating glass the sum of the glass thicknesses counts, without the gap.

What is the minimum area?

Many suppliers bill small panes with a minimum area. If one is entered, smaller panes count with it, and the true area stays visible.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?

Results are AI-generated. Please read them before you publish or send them.
