This tool takes findings and work from fixed lists per hoof, keeps the notes word for word and calculates the next appointment from the date and the interval. Hooves without an entry are listed. The AI words a short report and makes no veterinary diagnosis; sentences on illnesses or lameness are removed.

Privacy

Processed on our own servers in the EU (Poland). Inputs and results are deleted after 7 days (Free) or 30 days (packages), or right after you see the result if you choose not to store them. Images are deleted right after processing.

Questions and answers

Who does the calculation?

The server calculates all sums from the table. The AI only writes the text and cannot change the figures.

How is the next appointment calculated?

The date of the visit plus the interval in weeks. The result is shown as a date and can be moved by agreement.

Does the report contain a diagnosis?

No. Findings are chosen from a neutral list. Words that name an illness, a cause or lameness are removed, and the report says that a veterinarian assesses the hoof in case of doubt.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?

Results are AI-generated. Please read them before you publish or send them.
