Questions and answers

Does the tool decide the maintenance interval?

No. Intervals must be explicitly supplied from the actual manufacturer or approved maintenance source. The model selects instruction excerpts but cannot change the interval or invent an inspection obligation.

What happens to overdue work?

The original next due date remains visible and is marked overdue when before the reference date. It is not advanced repeatedly until it looks current. A zero remaining-hour balance is due; a negative balance is overdue.

Are operating hours converted into dates?

No. Without a documented date interval there is no calendar date. Hours remaining are shown separately; no usage rate is assumed.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?

Results are AI-generated. Please read them before you publish or send them.
