Migration acceptance review
Compare source and target extracts with explicit mapping, normalization and tolerances, then review source-bound AI classifications of representative findings.
Source CSV: id,name,amount,parent A1,Blue box,10, A2,Small box,20,A1 Target CSV: id,title,amount,parent A1,Blue box,10, A2,Small box,22,A9 Column mapping: source,target,type name,title,text amount,amount,number parent,parent,reference So…
Two records are matched by exact ID. A changed amount and an unresolved parent reference remain visible even if the AI classifies another difference as formatting.
Migration checks become reproducible when key matching, field mapping and accepted transformations are explicit. This review compares supplied extracts deterministically, separates missing records from changed values and shows exact source evidence alongside AI classifications.

Who it is for
Data migration teams, operations teams and system owners reviewing structured exports before a release or handover.
Typical uses
- Compare record counts and mapped values.
- Detect duplicate or empty keys.
- Check internal references.
- Distinguish formatting changes from value changes.
- Document remaining review gaps.

Questions and answers
Does a clean result approve the migration?
No. It only indicates that the configured checks found no issue in the supplied extracts. Unmapped fields, missing history, representative AI coverage and external relationships still require review.
How are numbers compared?
Decimal-dot values are compared using the larger of absolute tolerance and the configured percentage of the source value. No currency or unit conversion is inferred.
Are downloads complete?
Downloads contain at most 60 displayed details. Complete processed counts and the number of omitted details remain visible; source extracts are not exported.
Is my text stored?
Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).
Can I use the result right away?
