Questions and answers

Can the AI add a medication?

No. Medication names and doses not found in the notes remove the point, and the removal is reported. The list of names cannot cover every product, so the sheet has to be read before use.

Does the sheet contain a diagnosis?

No. Wording that states or suggests a diagnosis is removed. The practice decides what to tell the owner in person.

Should the name of the owner be entered?

It is optional and added word for word. Saving can be turned off for a single task.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?

Results are AI-generated. Please read them before you publish or send them.
