Product photo to text

Upload one photo of a product and Do4U writes a title, a short and a long description, bullet points and an alt text, and lists attributes such as colour, material, category, style and pattern, each marked as read from the photo or taken from your note. You can ask for up to three more languages in the same task. A photo cannot show a size, weight, price, certificate, warranty, ingredient or country of origin, so the code keeps such facts only if they are in your note and removes everything else, with a list of what was removed. Texts that are too long are marked, not cut. You also get the result as JSON and as Product markup (JSON-LD) without price and availability.

Privacy

Processed on our own servers in the EU (Poland). Inputs and results are deleted after 7 days (Free) or 30 days (packages), or right after you see the result if you choose not to store them. Images are deleted right after processing.

In the API

Tool name: product_photo. Create a job with POST /api/v1/jobs and fetch the result with GET /api/v1/jobs/{id}. You find your API key in your account.

Questions and answers

Can the AI invent sizes, prices or certificates?

A photo shows none of them, and the code does not let them through: a measurement, price, percentage, certificate, warranty, ingredient, origin, brand or article number stays only if it is in your note. Otherwise the sentence, bullet point or attribute is removed and listed under "Removed from the text". The check uses number patterns and word lists, so it is a safety net and not a guarantee. Please read the result before you publish.

How do further languages work?

You can add up to three more languages in the same task if they fit the output limit of the tool; otherwise Do4U asks you to start separate tasks. The photo counts in each task. Without a choice the texts are written in the language of your note, or in the language of the page if you wrote no note.

What is in the Product markup?

The name, the description, colour, material, pattern and category, and brand, article number and barcode only if they come from your note. Price and availability are left out on purpose, because Do4U does not know them. Add an offer with price, currency and availability yourself before you publish.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?

Results are AI-generated. Please read them before you publish or send them.
