Use AI to propose task priorities and resource assignments, then calculate a dependency-aware schedule against daily capacity and flag work that remains unassigned.
A project plan needs explicit effort, dependencies and available skills. AI proposes an order and a responsible resource for each task. Deterministic scheduling respects predecessor completion and daily capacity, while a separate effort-based critical path shows the longest dependency chain.

Who it is for
Small project teams planning work from task estimates and resource capacities.
Typical uses
- Turn a task list into a first capacity-aware schedule.
- Find tasks without a qualified resource.
- Compare the dependency critical path with the resource-constrained delivery sequence.

Questions and answers
How is the proposal checked?
AI proposals use supplied source IDs. The server checks the structured data and calculates quantities or scheduling constraints independently. Invalid assignments and incomplete coverage remain visible.
Does the tool execute the plan?
No. The result is a draft for review and export. No purchases, rota changes or project updates are made.
Is my text stored?
Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).
Can I use the result right away?
