Review analysis

Paste many customer reviews, one per line or as a CSV, and Do4U shows what they talk about. You get the themes with their mood and the number of reviews behind each one, what customers praise most, what they criticise most, and ideas for your website and questions for your FAQ. The AI reads the reviews, the code checks the result: personal data is removed before the AI reads anything, duplicates are removed, the stars are counted, every review number the AI names must exist, and every quote must stand word for word in a review. The result tells you how many reviews were analysed. It is an AI assessment, so please check it before you act on it.

Privacy

Processed on our own servers in the EU (Poland). Inputs and results are deleted after 7 days (Free) or 30 days (packages), or right after you see the result if you choose not to store them. Images are deleted right after processing.

In the API

Tool name: review_analysis. Create a job with POST /api/v1/jobs and fetch the result with GET /api/v1/jobs/{id}. You find your API key in your account.

Questions and answers

Is the personal data of my customers safe?

Before the AI reads your reviews, the code removes e-mail addresses, links, phone numbers, order numbers and names in greetings and sign-offs. Other columns of your CSV, such as names or e-mail addresses, are never read. The code cannot find every detail, so please read your reviews before you share the result. Processing runs on our own servers in Poland, EU.

How can I trust the numbers?

The code counts, not the AI. The AI names the themes and the reviews behind them. The code checks that every review number exists, counts the numbers itself, and removes every quote that is not word for word in one of those reviews. A count shows the reviews the AI listed and the code confirmed, so the real number can be higher. The result always says how many reviews were analysed.

What if I have thousands of reviews?

One analysis covers a limited number of reviews, set by the space the AI has and by a limit in Do4U. If you give more, the result says how many were analysed and how they were chosen. The star numbers and the removal of duplicates still cover your whole list. To cover everything, split your reviews and analyse the parts one after the other.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?

Results are AI-generated. Please read them before you publish or send them.
