Replies to reviews

Do4U writes two or three public reply suggestions to a customer review, in the tone you choose and in the language of the review. You also get a short summary of what the review says. The code counts the length for the platform (Google, Trustpilot, Booking.com, App Store and more), warns about phone numbers, e-mail addresses and links that are not in your input, and marks promises such as refunds or vouchers and wording that sounds like an admission of guilt. A saved brand voice is used.

Questions and answers

Will the replies promise refunds or vouchers?

The AI is told not to promise anything you have not said. On top of that, the code looks for words such as refund, voucher, discount or compensation in every reply and marks the reply with "please check". It cannot find everything, so read each reply before you post it.

Which length limits does it use?

Each platform has its own limit, for example 350 characters at Google Play. The limits are admin settings of Do4U and are counted by code in characters as people see them. Replies that are too long are marked, not hidden.

Can it use my brand voice?

Yes. If you saved a brand voice, the replies follow its tone, form of address and forbidden words. You can switch it off for a single task.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?

Results are AI-generated. Please read them before you publish or send them.
