Privacy

Processed on our own servers in the EU (Poland). Inputs and results are deleted after 7 days (Free) or 30 days (packages), or right after you see the result if you choose not to store them. Images are deleted right after processing.

In the API

Tool name: tender_response. Create a job with POST /api/v1/jobs and fetch the result with GET /api/v1/jobs/{id}. You find your API key in your account.

Questions and answers

How are response blocks produced?

The model selects evidence IDs and a suggested relation. The server copies complete eligible statements, so the result remains a traceable quotation draft rather than an invented assurance.

Who approves the evidence?

The responsible reviewer supplies an explicit ID allowlist separate from document text. This tool does not verify the organisation or certify the claim. Expiry is checked against the selected review date.

What are the limits?

Up to 12 requirements and 20 evidence records, each text up to 800 UTF-8 bytes; input envelope up to 50,000 bytes. Only explicitly approved, unexpired evidence IDs can be linked. Undated evidence is allowed but marked undated. The model proposes semantic links; the server copies whole evidence statements without generating new compliance, pricing or delivery promises. Approval is supplied by the responsible reviewer and is not independently certified. Missing, partial and insufficient support remain open. No tender is submitted and no binding acceptance is issued.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?

Results are AI-generated. Please read them before you publish or send them.
