AI literacy policy (AI Act Art. 4)

Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks companies that use AI systems to take measures that support the AI literacy of their staff and of other persons who use AI on their behalf. Do4U helps you start. You describe in a few sentences how your team uses AI and tick your company size, sector, uses, roles and data. The AI then writes the draft of an internal AI use and training policy in the language you choose: purpose, allowed and prohibited uses, data rules, labelling, responsibilities, a training plan by role, records and the review. The code checks that all nine sections are there, allows only references to Articles 4 and 50 of the AI Act, removes made-up numbers and verdicts, and adds the participation list. You copy the result as Markdown or plain text. It is a draft, not legal advice.

Questions and answers

Does my company meet Article 4 with this policy?

The tool does not say that. It writes a draft, not legal advice. Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 asks for measures that support the AI literacy of your staff; it does not require any specific level for any person. Check the draft, fill in the placeholders and adapt it to how your team works.

Do we need a certificate for the trainings?

According to the questions and answers of the European Commission (as of 20 October 2026), no certificate is needed; an internal record of trainings is enough. That is why Do4U adds a participation list with name, role, topic, date and confirmation.

What does the code check in the answer of the AI?

The code checks that all nine sections are there and fills missing ones from a template. It allows only references to Articles 4 and 50 of the AI Act, removes sentences with other articles or laws, with numbers that are not in your input or with statements about legal certainty, and quotes only text that is given word for word.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?
