FAQ from support messages
Paste the messages your customers send you, such as support e-mails, chat logs or contact form entries, or upload a CSV export. Do4U groups the questions into topics and sorts them by how often they come up. For each topic you get the question in your customers' words and a draft answer. The answer only uses facts from the messages or from your FAQ page; where a fact is missing, it shows a gap for you to fill in. If you give the address of your FAQ page, Do4U also shows which questions it already answers and which frequent questions are missing. Personal data is removed before the AI reads anything, and the code counts every topic itself. You can copy the drafts as Markdown or text, or pass them to the FAQ and schema generator.
Who it is for
For shops, service companies, SaaS teams, clinics and agencies that answer the same customer questions again and again and want an FAQ that matches what customers really ask.
Typical uses
- Build a first FAQ from a month of support e-mails
- Find the questions your FAQ page does not answer yet
- Reduce repeated questions in chat and e-mail
- Prepare FAQ entries and FAQ schema for your website
Example
Input
Four messages, one per line: Where is my order? I ordered 5 days ago. Can I pay by invoice? Where is my order? Hi, do you ship to Austria? Thanks, Anna
Result
4 messages analysed, 3 topics found. Where is my order? – 2 messages, 50 percent. Draft answer: Orders usually arrive within [to fill in by you] days. You can track your order here: [to fill in by you]. Can I pay by invoice? – 1 message. Draft answer: [to fill in by you] Do you ship to Austria? – 1 message. Gaps: Where is my order? The name "Anna" was removed before the AI read the messages. The code counted the messages behind each topic.

Questions and answers
What happens to the personal data in my messages?
Before the AI reads your messages, the code removes e-mail addresses, phone and order numbers, addresses and names in greetings and signatures. In a CSV, columns such as names, e-mail addresses or your team's replies are never read. The code cannot find every detail, so please do not paste health data or other special categories of personal data. Processing takes place in the EU.
Why does an answer show gaps to fill in?
The AI may only use facts that are in your messages or on your FAQ page. Delivery times, prices, deadlines or rules that nobody wrote down are not guessed. The code also replaces every number, link or e-mail address that it cannot find in your messages or on your FAQ page. Fill in these gaps before you publish an answer.
How does Do4U know that my FAQ page already answers a question?
Do4U reads the page you give and the AI marks the questions it already answers. It has to quote a sentence from your page as proof. The code checks that this sentence is really on the page; if not, the question is marked as not proven. Frequent questions that are not answered are listed as gaps.
Is my text stored?
Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).
Can I use the result right away?
