Product page check (GPSR)
Do4U checks a product page of your online shop for the details that Article 19 of the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988) names for offers in distance sales. You enter the address of the product page or paste its HTML or text. The code looks for candidates: the manufacturer with name, postal address and e-mail, the responsible person in the EU, brand, type, model, batch or serial number, GTIN, pictures, structured data and warnings. The Do4U AI assigns them to the points of the list. Every point shows its status, a word-for-word quote from your page, the reason and a tip. Not legal advice.
Who it is for
For online shops, marketplace sellers and agencies who want to look through their product pages for the GPSR details, for example before a launch, after adding new products or for the shop of a client.
Typical uses
- Check a new product page for manufacturer details before it goes live
- Find out whether a product from outside the EU names a responsible person in the EU
- See whether warnings stand on the page and in which language
- Check product pages of client shops in one go

Questions and answers
Does Do4U tell me that my product page meets the GPSR?
No. The tool is not legal advice and never says that a page or a product meets the law. It reads the visible text of one product page, compares it with Article 19 and shows what it found, what is missing and what you should check. “Found” only means that a matching detail stands on the page.
What exactly does the tool check?
The four points of Article 19: (a) name, postal address and e-mail of the manufacturer, (b) the responsible person in the EU if the manufacturer is outside the EU, (c) picture, type and other identifiers of the product and (d) warnings and safety information in a language set by the country of sale. The list links the source on EUR-Lex.
What does the AI do, and how does Do4U check it?
The code finds the candidates and sets the allowed status for every point. The Do4U AI assigns the right passage and gives a short reason. Every quote must stand word for word in your page, and the status must be one the code allows. Answers that do not fit are dropped and counted.
Is my text stored?
Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).
Can I use the result right away?
