Job ad check
Do4U checks a job advertisement and suggests improvements. You paste the ad or enter the address of the page. The code finds the job title and checks whether it includes all genders, looks for pay information (amount or range, currency, per month, year or hour), checks the structure (tasks, requirements, offer, how to apply, contact) and the length, and marks wording that may exclude applicants, for example because of age, gender, origin, language, appearance or family. The AI then rates each passage in context, suggests neutral wording and better job titles, and points out requirements that look excessive for the role. You get a checklist with the status fine, check, risk or missing. It is a tool for better ads, not legal advice.

Questions and answers
Does the tool tell me whether my job ad is legal?
No. It is a checklist with hints and never gives a legal verdict on an ad. It names the rules it refers to, for example the EU pay transparency directive (EU) 2023/970, Art. 5, and for German or Polish ads the national rules on job ads. Please check each point yourself and ask an expert if in doubt.
What does the code check and what does the AI do?
The code finds the job title and its form, pay information, the structure, the length and passages from word lists in German, English and Polish, and quotes them exactly. The AI rates each passage in context, suggests neutral alternatives and better titles, and marks requirements that look excessive. The code checks the AI answer: every quote must be in your ad, and alternatives and titles must not contain figures that are not in your ad.
Can the AI invent a salary for my ad?
No. A suggestion with an amount or another number that is not in your ad is dropped by the code. If pay information is missing, the alternative uses a placeholder such as [amount], and you fill in the real figures.
Is my text stored?
Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).
