API documentation

With the Do4U API you use the same tools as on the website from your own software: summarise, compare, support replies, alt texts, rewrite and translate. Every request is processed on our own servers in Poland, EU.

OpenAPI 3.1 description (JSON) – Machine-readable description of this API for code generators and tools such as Postman or Insomnia. No key needed.

Authentication

Create a key under API keys in your account. Send it with every request in the header Authorization: Bearer <key> (or X-API-Key: <key>). Keep the key secret and never put it into a web page. You can revoke a key at any time.

How it works

Jobs run asynchronously. You create a job and get its id at once (HTTP 202). Then you fetch the job until its status is done or failed. Ask every 2 to 5 seconds; most jobs take a few seconds.

Request fields for POST /jobs

Repeat requests safely (Idempotency-Key)

Send the header Idempotency-Key with POST /jobs, for example a random UUID for each job (1 to 255 printable ASCII characters). If the connection breaks and you send the same request again with the same Idempotency-Key and the same API key within 24 hours, you get the same answer again: the same job, no second job and no second charge. The answer then has the header Idempotent-Replayed: true. Use a new key for every new job. If you send the same key with a different request, you get 422 idempotency_conflict. Errors are not stored: after an error you can send the request again with the same key.

Tools and options

Job status

queued and running: still working (position and wait_seconds help you to wait). done: result contains the fields of the tool. failed: nothing was charged (credits is 0); error.code names the reason: address_blocked (Do4U does not open this address, for example a private or internal one; send the text or HTML instead), input_too_large (shorten the input), image_unavailable or job_failed. expired: the result is no longer stored.

Webhooks

Pievieno "callback_url" pieprasījumam POST /api/v1/jobs, un Do4U nosūtīs parakstītu POST (notikums job.finished ar statusu, kredītiem un saiti uz rezultātu - ne pašu rezultātu), tiklīdz darbs ir pabeigts. Tikai publiskas adreses ar portu 80 vai 443; mēs mēģinām atkārtoti līdz 6 reizēm ar pieaugošām pauzēm.

Piemērs: izveido darbu ar callback_url – un pieprasījums, ko Do4U nosūta uz šo adresi, kad darbs ir pabeigts:

Pārbaudi galveni X-Do4U-Signature: t=<time>,v1=<hex>, kur v1 = HMAC-SHA256(secret, "<time>.<raw body>"). Noraidi vecus laikus (piem., vecākus par 5 minūtēm). Tavs noslēpums sākas ar whsec_ un ir redzams lapā API atslēgas.

credits.low

Kad konta kredītu atlikums nokrītas zem sliekšņa, Do4U nosūta vienu parakstītu POST uz konta webhook adresi. Notikumā nav personas datu, tikai atlikums, slieksnis un laiks (UTC). Nākamais seko tikai pēc tam, kad kredīti atkal ir pievienoti (pirkums, mēneša bezmaksas kredīti vai kupons). Paraksts un noslēpums ir tādi paši kā job.finished.

Lejupielādēt n8n veidni (JSON)

Veidne, vēl nav pārbaudīta īstā n8n vai Make instancē – lūdzu, pārbaudi paraksta pārbaudi, pirms to izmanto.

n8n: Workflows → Import from file. Pēc tam ievadi savu noslēpumu mezglā "Check signature" un savu API atslēgu mezglā "Do4U: get result", aktivizē darbplūsmu un izmanto webhook produkcijas URL kā callback_url. Pašizvietotam n8n paraksta pārbaudei vajadzīgs vides mainīgais NODE_FUNCTION_ALLOW_BUILTIN=crypto.

Make

1. Pievieno moduli Webhooks → Custom webhook kā trigeri un tā papildu iestatījumos ieslēdz "JSON pass-through" un "Get request headers".
2. Izmanto šī webhook adresi kā callback_url.
3. Pārbaudi parakstu: salīdzini v1 no galvenes X-Do4U-Signature ar sha256(t + "." + raw body; hex; tavs noslēpums).
4. Pievieno HTTP → Make a request: GET uz result_url ar galveni Authorization: Bearer <your API key>.
5. Izmanto lauku result savos nākamajos moduļos.

Veidne, vēl nav pārbaudīta īstā n8n vai Make instancē – lūdzu, pārbaudi paraksta pārbaudi, pirms to izmanto.

Receptes: rīku ķēdes

Recepte izpilda 2 līdz 4 rīkus vienu pēc otra kā vienu darbu. Sūti "recipe" "tool" vietā: vai nu gatavas receptes nosaukumu, vai soļu sarakstu. Teksts nonāk pirmajā solī; katra soļa rezultāts ir teksts nākamajam solim. GET /api/v1/recipes uzskaita gatavās receptes, izmantojamos rīkus un lauku, ko katrs rīks nodod tālāk.

Tu saņem vienu aplēsi visiem soļiem (credits_estimate). Šī summa tiek rezervēta sākumā. Pēc katra soļa tiek iegrāmatots faktiskais patēriņš, un atlikums paliek rezervēts līdz beigām, pēc tam tas tiek atbrīvots. Neizdevies solis neko nemaksā, atlikušie soļi tiek izlaisti, un jau pabeigtie soļi tiek iekasēti.

GET /api/v1/jobs/{id} parāda katru soli ar tā statusu (pending, queued, running, done, failed, skipped), tā kredītiem, paziņojumu input_shortened, ja teksts nākamajam rīkam bija jāsaīsina, un katra soļa rezultātu, kad recepte ir beigusies. Ar no_store rezultāti tiek parādīti vienreiz. callback_url tiek izsaukts vienreiz, receptes beigās.

Errors

Errors always have the same form: {"error": {"code": "...", "message": "..."}}. With 429 and 503 the header Retry-After says how many seconds to wait.

Limits

• 60 requests per minute per key and 120 per account.
• Open jobs at the same time per account: Free 3, Starter 3, Standard 5, Pro 10, for the website and the API together.
• Input: Free 8 000 characters, paid packages 30 000. Lower limits per tool: compare 20 000, alt_text 1 000, translate 12 000 (compare: both texts together).
• API keys: Free 1, Starter 1, Standard 5, Pro 10.

Credits

A new job shows an estimate (credits_estimate); charged is the actual use (credits). Failed jobs cost nothing. Free credits are used first.

Data

Inputs and results are stored for 7 days (Free) or 30 days (paid packages), then deleted. Images are deleted right after processing. Results are AI-generated: please check them before you use them.

Atbildi uz e-pastiem, nemainot savu iesūtni

Do4U neuztur iesūtni un nekad neglabā piekļuves datus tavai pastkastei. Divi veidi, kā tomēr saņemt atbilžu melnrakstus:

S1 – Veidne n8n vai Make

1. Trigeris: jauns e-pasts tavā pastkastē (IMAP trigeris n8n vai Make – piekļuves dati paliek tur)
2. POST /api/v1/jobs ar rīku support_reply, e-pasta tekstu un no_store: true
3. Pagaidi dažas sekundes un izsauc GET /api/v1/jobs/{id}, līdz statuss ir done
4. Izveido melnrakstu savā pastkastē ar tekstu no result.reply (Gmail vai Outlook modulis)

Lejupielādēt n8n veidni (JSON)

Make vidē izveido to pašu scenāriju no moduļiem Email (watch emails), HTTP (make a request), Sleep un Gmail vai Outlook (create a draft).

Izstrādātāju paplašinājumi un veikalu spraudņi

Atarhivē ZIP un izlasi pievienoto ceļvedi. Ielādē pārlūka paplašinājumu lokāli; veikalu spraudņus vispirms pārbaudi testa veikalā. Nepieciešama tava Dev API atslēga. Shopware pašlaik nodrošina CLI.
