Questions and answers

Does the guide evaluate applicants?

No. No applicant answers, scores, rankings or hiring recommendations are generated. The output is an interview preparation document.

Can protected characteristics be included?

The scope is professional requirements only. Personal, family, health and other protected-characteristic questions are excluded. The finished guide still requires human review for job relevance and equal treatment.

How is interview time allocated?

The selected buffer is deducted first. The remaining whole minutes are distributed evenly across the requested questions, with at least two minutes per question.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).
