Recalculate a service charge or utility statement from its figures and list questions to ask. The server does the arithmetic.

Service charge statements are hard to follow. This tool recalculates each share from the figures, adds them up and compares them with the advance payments. Changes of at least 20 %, repeated cost types and a different balance are marked. The AI words a short overview and questions to ask. It makes no statement on whether a cost is lawful.

Privacy

Processed on our own servers in the EU (Poland). Inputs and results are deleted after 7 days (Free) or 30 days (packages), or right after you see the result if you choose not to store them. Images are deleted right after processing.

Questions and answers

Who does the calculation?

The server calculates all sums from the table. The AI only writes the text and cannot change the figures.

Does the tool say which costs are allowed?

No. It gives no legal assessment. Questions point to things worth asking about, and legal rules differ by country.

Where do the figures come from?

From the table entered. The statement itself is not read automatically.

Is my text stored?

Only as long as needed: 7 days on Free, 30 days with a package – or not at all if you choose not to store it. Processing happens on our own servers in the EU (Poland).

Can I use the result right away?

Results are AI-generated. Please read them before you publish or send them.
