Online withdrawal statement

Here you can withdraw from a contract with Do4U, for example from a purchase of credits. Fill in the form and click “Confirm withdrawal” in the next step. We then send you a confirmation of receipt by email, with the content of your statement and the date and time we received it.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal, businesses do not. You can send your statement here in any case, we check every one. Details: Right of withdrawal

We send the confirmation of receipt to this address.

You can also withdraw by email to support@do4u.eu or with the model withdrawal form in the withdrawal notice.
